December 15, 1853

This indenture made the Fifteenth day of December in they year of our Lord One Hundred and Fifty Three (1853), between Mary Hoisington and Earl Hoisington her husband of Eaton County State of Michigan of the first part and Chester A. Hoisington of the same place of the second part Witnessed that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confirmed and acknowledged do by these presents grant bargain, sell, remise, release, alien., and confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his heir and align forever.

All that certain price or feared of land situate in the county of Eaton aforesaid and described as the Earl Forty acres of the south three fourths of the west half of the south east quarter of section thirteen in town two north of range six west in said county this entrance is made subject to two mortgages made by the party of the first part to Enoch farms of Williamsburg Massachusetts, covering the amour described land, said mortgages are recorded in the heights office of said county of Eaton.

Together with all and singular the here statement and appurtenances there unite belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the said premises as described with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and of signs forever and the said party of the first part for their heirs Executors administrators do cerimcent grant bargain and agree to and of signs that at the time of the Ensealing and delivery of these presents they are will seized of the Flori granted premises in fee simple that they are free from all encumbrance whatever and that they will and their heirs executors administrators and of signs shall warrant and defend the same against all lawful claims whosoever except the montages aforesaid.

For witness whereof the party of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first aborr written Signed Sealed and delivered in Presence of Henry Robinson, T.D. Green, Mary Hoisington (L.S.), Earl Hoisington(L.S.)

on this fifteenth day of December, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty three before me a Notary Public in and for said County personally came the above named Mary Hoisington and Earl Hoisington her husband known to me to be the persons who Executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledge the same to be their free act and deed. And the said Mary Hoisington wife of the said Earl Hoisington having been by me examine. Separate and apart from the said husband , and fully understanding the contents of the foregoing instrument. Acknowledge that the Executed said Deed Freely, and without and fear or compulsion from her said husband or from anyone.

October 25, 1853

This indenture made the Twenty Fifth day of October in the year of our lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Three between James H. Frazer and Allice N.A. his wife of Plymouth Wayne County Michigan of the first part and Mary Hoisington of the County of Eaton State aforesaid. Witnesses that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt - where of is hereby conferred and acknowledged do by there presents grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, and forever quit claim unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigned forever.

The following described land situated in the county of Eaton 'to wit' the west half of north west quarter of section thirteen in township two north of range six west containing eighty Acres more or less.

Together with all and singular the heuaitoments and appurtenances there unto belonging or in any wise apputoming. to have and to hold the said premises as described to the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns to the sole and only proper use benefit and who of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.
